Born: 1952

Biography

Chloe Moon, born in 1952, was educated at the University of Canterbury, graduating with a BMus (hons) in 1973. From 1974 to 1977 she was a member of the Camerata Quartet. She was awarded a post-graduate scholarship by the Belgian Government for violin study at Ghent in 1977. From 1978-83 she was a part-time lecturer at the School of Music, University of Canterbury. For years, she has been a private music teacher and freelance composer, and is the former Principal Violist of the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra.
