New Zealand pianist John Chen embarks on a 10-concert tour of New Zealand with two programmes pretty much covering the historical range of piano solo music. While one programme includes works by Chopin, JS Bach, Hindemith and Schubert and the other has Poulenc, Debussy, Ravel, Beethoven and Tchaikovsky, the common work to all the concerts is a new commission from Tony Lin.
In Kerikeri the concert will be hosted by the Kerikeri National Piano Trust.
