Orchestra Wellington Premieres Farr's 'Fanfare' at Wellington International Pride Parade 2019

Orchestra Wellington are thrilled to announce its involvement in the Wellington International Pride Parade 2019, Saturday 16 March 2019, with a unique collaboration alongside composer Gareth Farr.

The premiere of Farr’s Fanfare will be on Saturday 16 March at 4.45 pm on the Express Magazine Main Stage which is on the corner of Courtenay & Taranaki. Spectators can line the streets and join in the celebrations.

Farr expects the brass and percussion players will get in parade mode. “They’ll take this on with energy and probably show off a bit!”
