The New Zealand String Quartet embark on their European tour with this concert in Halle.
The programme consists of Mendelssohn Capriccio Opus 81, Shostakovich String Quartet No 13, Gillian Whitehead Puhake ki te rangi (“spouting to the sky”) for String Quartet and taonga puoro played by Richard Nunns, Schubert String Quartet in G major D887 Opus 161 (posthumous).
