Luminous

About

Luminous was the second single released from the album 'Encounters of the Beautiful Kind'. The music came to me on a stormy morning, scuba diving in New Zealand’s Northland after a long time away from the underwater world. Suspended effortlessly beneath the waves, gazing into the blue, I felt I could just as easily have been floating in a sea of stars. I felt connected to the mysterious, the numinous, to a greatness inside myself...and in that moment I heard music. I later arranged the music with David Lanz and Kristin Amarie during an amazing few days we had together in their home in Cyprus.
