This piece is based entirely on redundant speech expressions which are sieved from a conversation then transformed and manipulated using the Csound computer music language developed at MIT by Barry Vercoe.
Redundancies was realized in 1993 at the Composition Studios School of Music, University of Auckland using the voices of the technical staff Peter Kerr and Bruce Robinson.
