a soundscape for an exhibition
About
This is the first collaborative project between Mōhua based painter Robin Slow, master carver Brian Flintoff and musician and producer Bob Bickerton. It followed a casual conversation about an upcoming exhibition at Red Gallery in Nelson that had a theme of taonga puoro, so I suggested a soundscape may help support the kaupapa of the visual imagery. The concept grew (as these things do) and so I ended up producing a video and a DVD!
