About

This is a set of two songs describing a storm. Across the two songs the narrative builds from the beginning of the first song. 'Cloudburst' describes the tension in the air and aims to capture the moments before a storm begins. The second song 'Storm' uses rapid arpeggios and a high lying vocal line to emulate the ferocity and urgency of the climax of the storm, eventually calming to a threatening sky that 'refuses to divulge' whether or not the storm will surge again.
